SICILIAN COOKING DEMO

Please join us for a casual afternoon cooking demonstration “Lezioni
di Cucina Stile Siciliana” with Paesano’s Sous Chef Drew and Manager
Alina as we they present some of Italy's culinary and regional
Watch Drew prepare an iconic Sicilian dish (Farsumagru), enjoy a glass
of wine and learn some Italian from Alina. Cost $35.00 pp.
The menu for the day will be:
~ Sicilian Semolina and Sesame Bread
~ Citrus and Fennel Salad with Olives
~ Farsumagru (Sicilian stuffed Beef Roll)
~ A specially selected Sicilian Wine
TUSCAN WINE DINNER
Wednesday, April 26th, 6:30pm
We’re hosting a special Spring Tuscan winemaker’s dinner featuring the
wines of the Cantalici Winery from Tuscany. Special Guest - Carlo
Cantalici and Angela Butini will be joining us from Italy and sharing
their wines. Chef Dave will prepare a 4-course Tuscan dinner to
match. Cost is $75 per person and includes a $5 voucher toward the
purchase of Cantalici wine that night. Reservations please.

We will be having our next Wine Social in May. The walk around wine
tasting will feature the fine Italian wines of Marc De Grazia. More

MOTHER’S DAY BRUNCH BUFFET
Sunday, May 14th
Our annual Easter Brunch Buffet features over 25 classic entrees
(breakfast and lunch), Italian specials, salads, side dishes, assorted
breakfast breads, mini muffins, fruit trays, and assorted desserts.
Brunch is available from 11am - 3pm. Our dinner menu will be used
from 2pm - 8pm. Reservations please.
