No great team continues its tradition without quality players...and we are no exception. We are always taking applications and discussing with outgoing, personable, and talented people...the different positions available at our restaurant.
It is unique to find a restaurant who makes their own pasta, breads, desserts, sauces, stocks, and dressings...cuts their own meat and fresh fish...cooks to order in the old world art of sauteing, broiling, baking, and roasting...and believes in the quality of fresh, local ingredients. Less is more, simple is best.

Got to love Italian food and wine! Must be a people person. This is not fast food, not fast feeding, not quick turnover...but rather dining in the Italian tradition...a social engagement with great food, great wine, and great company.

We accept applications M-F between 2pm, and 4pm when we can actually meet with you, find out more about you, and tell you about us. If there are better windows of opportunities, they would be late April for early May hiring, and late August/early September for September hiring. Thanks for the consideration.
